eh, i think Trump was just playing the act, he never did bring the case about the fraudulent election measures, namely the mail-in balloting, due to COVID to the SCOTUS
instead they went the “a dead person voted” route
while it is very apparent the COVID measures were used to contrive an extraordinarily rigged election, challenging this would also cast a lot of doubt and question the legitimacy of the measures aroudn COVID also
