William's Meatloaf 20 % Ground Veal 20 % Ground Pork 60% Ground Beef Chopped Shallot or Onion Chopped Garlic Chopped Green Pepper Flavored Breadcrumbs Garlic Powder Onion Powder Worcestershire Sauce 1 egg pre beaten per pound of meat. Gently mix ingredients. Don't over mix.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste!
