New Year new meme, frankly just bored with life and need a project so why not make it myself. Just looking to lose my gut and maybe put a little muscle on my feeble limbs. Would an ab roller, dumb bells and 16 hour fasts be enough to achieve this or is more equipment/technique required?
yeah probably enough
do some cardio too
Damn, hate running. May have to unpack the stationary bike
shit man whatever makes it easier to do
mostly just try to eat right
I’m so dumb when it comes to nutrition. I was thinking vitamin supplements and only eating dinner, though this bitch likes some fried food.
It's about eating portions and keeping active
Ofc eating healthier
Learning how to cook helps alot too
My wife does most the cooking since I’m working basically swing shift. Guess what’s for dinner tonight? Chicken strips lol.
@Bushwhack i fucking love chicken strips
what are you gonna eat it with?
@Bushwhack i made homemade chicken tendies before, it was first time, i swear to you it tasted professionally done , like it was done at a restaraunt
man if i knew how to make fries, id be fucking set
lmaooo
jk
im learning all kinds of cooking on the internet and videos
really good to know
@Bushwhack and lucky you man, a wife that does the cooking, based
so jelly rn
@Bushwhack if you cut off things like soda and beer
you will lose weight
also eat less
Yea soda is one of the things that must go. If it’s going to be a tasty beverage for dinner it’ll be cranberry or some other antioxidant. Now just need the discipline
My issue is the beer and alchohol
I dont think im an alchoholic but
But i dont mind drinking sometimes
But i fully want to cut off beer and liquor
Tough habits to break. Lucky for me I can’t stand the taste of beer. Day 3, apparently i have to ache and be hungry all day to be happy. Who knew? Lol
im not doing that shit lol
I’m hoping it’s one of those things you just grow accustomed to.
