i mean i dont see it that way

being in the military has its advantages

if you tell the person that hiring you that you have military experience

he will hire you above those who didnt serve

because they need people that have that military experience

lets just say i want to join the military and want a job that has IT experience

these jobs

they give you certifications

its not like youre going empty handed

if you get the right job

you can get a certification

now he has his own shop

But would you choose someone with a degree or someone with years of experience and a big resume
