Hey guys this is very urgent. I made my new twitter account using a friends cellphone number, (because he doesnt have twitter) and im getting reccomended people I know in real life. I Disabled the feature that allows you to find people from contacts, so I dont understand

It may have to do with his own phone

I cant remove his phone number because it locks me out of my account and I have to add a phone number

And I dont have a problem with people I know in real life knowing my ideologies, but Im afraid some twitter hoe will find those people, and figure out my real identity and doxx me from that
