If I pray in the criss cross legged position, is that a bad thing?

Or should I pray in the kneeling position?

Eh I think it’s more about the genuineness of the prayer than how your legs are positioned

How can I pray more genuinely? I find that its hard to clear my mind, and im often focused on other things when im trying to pray

It’s about focus and limiting distractions which seems obvious but can be tough for some people

Different techniques help different people

Maybe try dedicating a certain place and time at night each night that you reserve for prayers, a place and time you know you won’t be distracted
