You shouldn't worry about things that don't provide great vectors for indentification, either standalone or paired with other information. Knowing even, state and name it's very hard to find a person unless they have an extremely unique name. Given enough personal details and you're guarenteed to dox yourself (given that someone cares and you leave a thorough paper trail), but most details are insagnificant and contribute little to that end.
Might be worth looking into a bot or script to delete your discord posts if you are concerned about that possibility.
