I'm just getting in as a hobby
if you haven't taken electricity and magnetism in highschool, make sure you get on that
So not sure bout the college aspects
you need to know like voltage current and resistance
and shit like that
once you get the basics of basics done, you're ready to do actual electronics
Is this suppose to be hard
what
what do you mean by high level people
oh
physics and math is like
the fundamental of the fundamentals
if you can't understand those, you're gonna have a hard time moving forward
you might find code easy, but that's a small part of electronics work
if you can't get past math, you'll find stuff that isn't the most basic shit extremely difficult
Any resources?
yes
if you're confident about math and physics
just buy art of electronics 3rd edition
college in a box tier book
if you're not, and if you want to just brute force your way through, youtube videos about arduino projects
and follow official tutorials
but to do like really complex custom projects you need to have a pretty good understanding of a lot of things before you can attempt something
Do you do this for a living?
kinda
i'm an electrical engineering student
3rd year
i'm interning at nvidia
Nice
ty
imo
having a good mentor
is the best thing
I'll keep all in mind, hopefully I won't run out of motivation like when I tried to draw or do programming
Heh
i have a mentor person and he keeps me going sometimes
the most helpful resource imo
i'm probably gonna hang around here so lmk
but i hate discord since it doesn't respect my freedom
lmao
finding motivation is hard
