just get a new doohickey and replace it with your bike tool, all you need to do is plug the leak with a leak stopper which requires you to use the wrench to close the nut tight

(25 / 32 - 622) 700 x 25 / 32c is what the inner tube says, but that doesn't mean anything to me since I don't get whats going on

700 or 622 is the tire size then 25/32 is the width

the 700 would be the closest, since 700mm = roughly 27.6 inches

which would be 1-1.25 inch width and you said it is a 28 inch tire so there you goo
