but it's out of stock
whereas there's plenty of stock for the GTX 1060 and it's 10-20 cheaper
strangely enough
They're pretty equal overall. We'll see if and manages to squeeze more out of it down the road. Kinda curious if the 470 is like the fury and can be reactivated to a 480 with a bios flash.
In Denmark the 480 is a bit cheaper
I want to get this cause it's so cute
and mini
Only 480 available on Newegg in burgerland is a reference msi for 400$. Sad.
480 is either sold out
wat
in Denmark it's $300
or they didnt produce enough
I think it's just selling that fast, plus crypto miners.
if so then I'll probably grab this
im thinking of going micro ATX
Gigabyte 470 on backorder for 200$. Tempting. Probably won't be available by the time I get paid Friday though. Just dropped money on a bunch of Chink water cooling shit.
>chink water cooling
enjoy your wet GPU
I'll be testing it, I really just wanted an extra rad and res. But fuck it.
Really need to just reapply paste on my 7950 and see if that fixes it. Been running unusually hot recently.
You think that heats ink can keep the 1060 cool enough.
?
im upgrading my PC
i3 6100, DDR4 16gb, new mobo, new GPU
Why the i3 non k? What do you do on your pc?
I think it's the K
cause there's only two the i3 6100 and the i3 6100T
the T is the locked one
can't overclock any i3
I thought the 6100 was only unofficially unlocked then they locked it down with a microcode update.
well, not technically true
i thought the i3 6100 was an exceptionally good processor
that you can overclock
I made the mistake of getting an e5-2600 series not realizing they're locked down tighter than a nun's asshole
before intel jew'd everyone and stopped the overclocking I heard it was pretty amazing
It was hilariously good in single threading. Any game that favored dual cores ran better than i7s.
hopefully zen will put intel in their place and they will stop doing this shit
but I doubt it
Well, I think zen at best will just close the gap. Hopeful for haswell e performance. But probably closer to somewhere between ivyb and haswell with all shiny new features. Which would be great.
tbh that's all they need to do
