that was said to help your health
Yeah right, empty your pocket more likely
Vitamins can be manufactured cheaply or gotten from natural sources
Which one do you pick?
Tumeric/Fish Oil/Cinnamon/Potassium/
not vitamins, but they're the supplmeents i would currently suggest
Currently taken biotin, since i'm having a slight hair thinning issue from stress, hopefully that'll help out
I think fish oil made me bad stomach-wise, its also uncertain if a batch of fish is no good.
uh, you can look into coconut oil
but fishoil is king
cinnamon, I seem to recall America sold like this cheap copy of that.
idk
i wanan try out alphabrain
but that shit is so fucking expensive
like 1 pil is like 80 cents
Hmm, cinnamon tea, maybe I should try that. Tried once in Greece before country went bankrupt.
so like a 90 pill bottle is like 80 bucks
for me expensive=no buy
dont wanna get addicted to some highly expensive supplements
yeah
being a starving medical student
dont' wanna spend big money on that.
oftentimes students end up saving the cents on a proper brand of cheese, or the cheaper one.
I know all about that
the worst trick in the book is take some sausages in the microwave for dinner
since all are cooked here beforehand its safe
Yeah, I did that, some people would say I'm a fag for such ideas.
1. meat made out of scraps 2. could it really-really be safe to eat?
sasuage in microwave is pretty normal here
normally what i'll do is on sunday i'll cook a ton of food
if i have uncooked sausage
then i'l cook that up
put um a tray, freeze half of htem, leave half of htem in the fridge
and just microwave whatever meat and veges i need.
sure it's not as tasty as cooking it fresh every time
but it'sgot likie 90% of the flavor, without all the same maount of work
its cheap dinner, and I think it provides enough nutrients to survive compared to other cheap foods like frozen pizza
Like I'll sometimes take like a good hour or two to grill up like 10 lbs of chicken brest
freeze 9lbs of it after icook it
microwave it when i need grileld chicken
