oneplus 3 was considtered the best for money phone when it came out, but i'm not sure how it stacks with current offerings

One thing I will say, that I dislike about oneplus

is their long software development time

they update so late compared to a lot of other phones.

but, on the other hand, i haven't really missed on not having an software upgrade, everything works fine. no glaring problems. etc.

but i dont really like samsung build quality

so can't really give you a good recent assessment of what's considered good for money as of right now, nor do i know what's coming out that might be worth waiting for.
