my phantom power arrived from amazon, noticed something loose inside of it when i shook it, didn't think much of it. powered the thing up off a 12v supply instead of the 18v provided :/, unplugged it and it kept going for like 5 minutes unpowered??. Worked then i decided to open it to see what was moving. An entire capacitor was rolling around inside. WTF, I've never had a phantom power before, do they usually have a cap farm inside of them?
