In anycase I dont know enough atm to tell you one way or another, perhaps someone else would know better.
my phantom power arrived from amazon, noticed something loose inside of it when i shook it, didn't think much of it. powered the thing up off a 12v supply instead of the 18v provided :/, unplugged it and it kept going for like 5 minutes unpowered??. Worked then i decided to open it to see what was moving. An entire capacitor was rolling around inside. WTF, I've never had a phantom power before, do they usually have a cap farm inside of them?

There were still some slight power mgmt issues with the braswell atoms but afaik they are fine on 4.7, or worst Cass scenario you peg the processor at C1,state from the BIOS
