i've had times i didn't have to pay import costs

2016-12-02 10:26:31 UTC

its dynamic here and starts at 30 i think ?

2016-12-02 10:27:59 UTC

So that's about luck too ? Sometimes you pay and sometimes not ?

2016-12-02 10:32:44 UTC

yeah

2016-12-02 10:33:03 UTC

depends on if the customs checked your package or if they let it slip

2016-12-02 10:33:59 UTC

but they're pretty aggressive about it and if they notice you order a lot of expensive shit you can be systematically checked

2016-12-02 10:34:31 UTC

had a few friends who ended up like that after ordering too many weeb figures

2016-12-02 10:37:10 UTC

I'm going to get rich off of the Chinese, guys

2016-12-02 10:37:17 UTC

They will be my money cow

2016-12-02 10:41:22 UTC

I'm kinda lucky I don't pay taxes if I don't buy anything above 22€

2016-12-02 10:42:21 UTC

But if I do ohboi, it can cost up to 23% + 68€ more, but they usually just check the packages with fast shipping.

Uhm, would a review of the PPTV King 7 be at all appreciated by /csg/? There aren't any very good reviews out there as a whole, tbh, but still.

2016-12-02 11:16:42 UTC

sure

2016-12-02 11:16:57 UTC

I don't know hat a pptv king 7 is, but I'm now interested

2016-12-02 11:17:36 UTC

Chink phone, the first phone from a competitor of LeTV.

2016-12-02 11:17:53 UTC

sure, make a review

2016-12-02 11:30:38 UTC

@penguin Sounds interesting, did you post it in the thread?

2016-12-02 11:31:22 UTC

I posted a pic, though I'll do a full overview later this month (I uploaded a pic of me setting it up before I had to leave on vacation >~>)

REEEEEEEEEE

2016-12-02 12:57:05 UTC

._. there's an issue?

2016-12-02 12:58:11 UTC

It ran like an AMD 9### series CPU when I was setting it up and doing some basic testing. As in, it runs hotter than the deepest depths of hell.
I was also using it in in a 33 degree (celcius) room tho so idk

2016-12-02 12:59:10 UTC

But the x10 hasn't been an issue in my Redmi Note 2 so it shouldn't be that bad in the King 7

2016-12-02 12:59:46 UTC

lets hope my note 4 handles well with its x10

2016-12-02 13:00:53 UTC

should only get hot when you're playing games or some other hard task

2016-12-02 13:01:17 UTC

i don't play mobile games so that should be okay

2016-12-02 13:01:29 UTC

the screen on the king 7 btw is surprisingly good imo.
so good it shows you ever single shitty detail that the cameras have
because the cameras are utter horseshit

2016-12-02 13:01:52 UTC

it has qhd which is incredible for the low price it has

2016-12-02 13:02:59 UTC

I'm not sure if it's cos I'm using nova launcher or what but what I saw of it's memory optimization it's shiiiit

2016-12-02 13:03:43 UTC

with nothing special open other than my home screen with wifi turned off, 40% usage.
Not much of an issue for me who constantly clears it, but still

2016-12-02 13:09:54 UTC

So how about them Xiaomi Hybrid Pros? Anyone review them yet?

2016-12-02 13:30:59 UTC

tfw my RN3P gets hot as fuck doing basic shit like video

2016-12-02 13:31:29 UTC

Yeah, my note 2 does too

2016-12-02 13:45:49 UTC

oi lads, which 9cell should i buy for my x220?

2016-12-02 13:46:08 UTC

i'll be buying non-chink but i know there are various model designations

2016-12-02 13:46:11 UTC

for 9cells

2016-12-02 13:46:17 UTC

which are slightly different

2016-12-02 13:46:20 UTC

so idk what one to choose

2016-12-02 13:46:59 UTC

also what's the deal with some ips panels having weird asf differences in price, is it because of different vendors? (i.e. official lenovo IPS vs LG ips that supports an x220)
