It's too scrawny, it needs to be beefed up a bit, the sword looks like a cocktail sword rather than what appears to be Gladius like on the engraving

And the scroll is too cramped, the letters are crowded together and are hard to make out

And with all the empty space on the patch you could easily fix it and have it still fit

And the laurels look like the flames on the hood of a firebird

Yeah, the ones on Ali aren't much better than what he got

but at least the wings are okay and the backtexture aint all over the place

The text is really the worst part, all of the ones I've seen have fucked up text

They make it too small for the stitch quality

yeah most embroidery machines require quite bit of manual overwatch and finetuning for flowing letters

unless you throw a lot of dosh for it

at best there is something like this behind the shops

what are okayish but text comes out garbled even on flat surfaces unless its calibrated properly :&

If you have brain damage and like pvc patches, those have legible text

pvc patches at times look more professional too

i dunno decent quality pvc patch what is properly attached to X instead of china-quality embroidered what is attached to X

That kind of looks like a attack on titan insignia tbh

id take pvc anyday

I buy patches to admire on my patch board, so they have to look nice

A good embroidered patch is way better than a good pvc patch

But a bad pvc patch is better than a bad embroidered patch
