it's added at checkout if applicable
unless you're talking about the finnish VAT, which obviously doesn't apply to american stores
i mean that if i go now and buy directly from their site they sell it for me 15 but using amercan proxy or just american amazon i can dropt that price to 13~ish
its just silly pricing from CCPs part
that they decided to go "15 on both"
its mild example as differences aint that large (unless you buy for whole year once)
.. because you're literally evading tax that way
that's why it's cheaper
how is that CCPs fault
as i keep telling you its not the tax what affect there in some cases its just bad pricing policies
similarily why steam has millions of regional prices on some games but some games it sells same on everywhere (rarely these days i admit but seen it happen still)
because the publisher/developer didn't set regional prices?
steam doesn't dictate regional pricing
they just give the option to do it
yeah i know
Reee eve
this isn't the eve down under discord
strange coincidental timing to see eve mentioned
@Hiruzen it's this weekend! Yeah there's a discord for it. I poked my nose back out of there to see what's new in chinkshit land... and found more eve stuff. Thought I had misclicked.
Looks like eve /vg/ thread has gone the way of the dodo. Rip in piss.
i really wonder how many researchers are actively looking into AMD vulnerabilities
and by that i don't mean try the intel ones on AMD
less incentive for something with a 20% market share
id say quite many currently as their market share is rocketing in serverside and on homepc side too
only place where they arent yet properly is laptops
what is completly up to device manufacturers and bribes paid to them to support X or Y
>rocketing
you mean they're even further behind server side
in market share
id say from near zero to aim 10% on server side is quite steep in few years
and considering Amazon publishing separate EC2 instances on EPYC chips
they rarely do anything unless its worth the money on EC2s
still, their market share is < 10%
and research doesn't happen overnight
assuming there is people actually working on it now it'll be years before you see the result of that
assuming there is professional what know what they are doing id say even less
but indeed its good that its 10% and being investigated already
than 90% and losing majority of sales perks due their design choices
