I already named some. He funded HBCUs (black communities and colleges) as well as other minority education and establishments. His platinum plan pumped hundreds of billions of dollars into black communities. The amount of black business owners, females who started small business soared like over 50%. Unemployment at a low for blacks. His first step act reversed Joe Biden's 1994 crime bill. That crime bill put plenty of peope, mostly blacks into like life sentences for small shit like posession of drugs. Trump's first step act freed them and they were able to see their families again @mindspiral
