Also the whole point of small businesses being private property is wrong, because private property is private ownership of means of production, small businesses are in direct contact with the workers and the owners are involved in the business directly, therefor they produce, therefor they own their labor value.

The thing is in a competative global market small businesses import 3rd world labour and try to exploit their way to the top or fail.
