define "intrinsically safe"
nvm
Intrinsically Safe Flashlights. Intrinsically Safe Flashlights must complete rigorous testing under potentially explosive conditions. A flashlight that carries an Intrinsically Safe rating is approved for use in hazardous working conditions where the hazard is likely to occur under normal operating conditions.

yeah never cheap out on safety products you silly
not that we care about your life but you might hurt others while at it

🤔 not sure if
almost set fire to the 18650 that was in it though
I turned it off in time though
18650's scare me
I like them
I either use 18650's or LiPo's for my robotics stuff
because they've got such a good amps to size ratio
aren't hobbyking lipos way cheaper than decent 18650s? haven't checked in awhile
18650 usually has a higher energy/mass ratio
lipos blow up tho
so do 18650's
assuming you dont take a knife to the lipos it doesnt make a difference
Expect lipos have like 200 times better cycle count :D
