Aluminum doesnt really. It is being linked to Alzheimer's though. Thats the main reason why atleast germany has a ban on antiperspirant. Then theres the main problem of nonstick pans we cant do anything about

Ik mercury isn't ok, and I knew about the pregnant thing. Only mercury I think is safe from fish but as citizen Z said in only certain portions.
