aight i may as well join in on flatties vs globies

2019-07-30 16:17:41 UTC

if the earth was flat, wouldn't it be possible to fly off of the surface of the earth like a rocket ship?

2019-07-30 16:17:48 UTC

***BuT gRaViTy***

2019-07-30 16:18:08 UTC

even then, you'd see the earth's GLOBE shape.

2019-07-30 16:18:10 UTC

planes dont leave the earth because its round

2019-07-30 16:18:11 UTC

but the main reason riven is there isnt enough air high up in the atmosphere to keep a plane flying

2019-07-30 16:18:14 UTC

The wings are designed so that net effect is that the air pushes them upward, countering the downward pull of gravity. Large passenger planes can't fly much higher than about 12 kilometers (7.5 miles). The air is too thin above that altitude to hold the plane up.

2019-07-30 16:18:16 UTC

Description: Gravity is the force by which a planet or other body draws objects toward its center. The force of gravity keeps all of the planets in orbit around the sun.

2019-07-30 16:18:54 UTC

@skywalk u said if u had an airplane powerful enough you could, if you had the strongest plane and flew parralel to the ground would u leave earth?

2019-07-30 16:19:01 UTC

gravity is the attraction of two things with mass

2019-07-30 16:19:05 UTC

i think...

2019-07-30 16:19:10 UTC

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

2019-07-30 16:19:21 UTC

probably messed that up tbh

2019-07-30 16:19:41 UTC

yeah like if such a thing as tr3b exist that let me have thrust in the vaccum of space sure but no such plane exist according to msm

2019-07-30 16:20:58 UTC

thats why we have maximum altitude on aircrafts.

2019-07-30 16:21:19 UTC

bc near that max altitude you will start to fall bc no lift is produced.

2019-07-30 16:21:47 UTC

ur all werido flat earthers

2019-07-30 16:22:27 UTC

ok but planes and rockets don't fly the same way wtf

2019-07-30 16:23:23 UTC

yes^

2019-07-30 16:23:46 UTC

I would assume, im no rocket scientist.

2019-07-30 16:23:50 UTC

@skywalk this guy litteraly just said if u fly in a straight place on the air, u would leave earth lol

2019-07-30 16:24:12 UTC

dont put ur nasty words in my mouth, go read again

2019-07-30 16:24:25 UTC

u just said yes to my question lol

2019-07-30 16:24:46 UTC

I said: but if i had strong enough engine from secret black budget planes. perhaps maybe yes

2019-07-30 16:24:52 UTC

but no such planes exist.

2019-07-30 16:25:12 UTC

yes to maybes yes

2019-07-30 16:25:15 UTC

lol make up ur mind

2019-07-30 16:25:15 UTC

if you draw a straight line, anywhere with any angle on the earth, you're not going to stay on earth

2019-07-30 16:26:51 UTC

so mr. @rivenator12113 are you going to explain to me what kind flat earther you are ?

2019-07-30 16:27:15 UTC

I asked you like 6 flat earth questions and you never gave any answer, im dissapointed

2019-07-30 16:28:13 UTC

@skywalk how old are you?

2019-07-30 16:28:29 UTC

im 37

2019-07-30 16:28:41 UTC

It's not too late, look into how arguments work

2019-07-30 16:28:47 UTC

build a premise and a counclusion

2019-07-30 16:28:52 UTC

science and maths work on logic

2019-07-30 16:29:11 UTC

stop saying '' X people believe in it, therefore its true ''

2019-07-30 16:29:28 UTC

you will get more pleasant conversations

2019-07-30 16:29:52 UTC

I work for govt, in IT, I fix everyone problems who call my number, police, fireman, mayors, lawyers, judge, related to govt, I inherited a cesna at 22 yo dont fly it often bc lack of time, I cant see much of a curvature of earth with it, but earth isnt flat.

2019-07-30 16:30:09 UTC

thats where I stand.

2019-07-30 16:30:28 UTC

if you flaight in a straight path, do you win altitude?

2019-07-30 16:30:36 UTC

if not then the earth is not a globe
