Stfu

2019-08-03 17:06:10 UTC

Which is GRAVITY

2019-08-03 17:06:31 UTC

You're assuming gravity already exists @the21cat

2019-08-03 17:06:44 UTC

Youre putting texts into our devices

2019-08-03 17:07:50 UTC

We are assuming that id we found it was a sphere and saying that the force could not be gravity

2019-08-03 17:07:51 UTC

>Now if we decided no, gravity doesn't explain things, it's wrong. We still need something that acts on the things "under" the globe since we have observed that there are things there.
Red herring. Don't switch the subject to earth core. Gravity is still needed for globe earth to work. I've explained this a million times yet you GE are so stubborn.

2019-08-03 17:08:52 UTC

Here's the logic:
Initial state:
```Globe exists because we can observe the position of the sun in the sky and the shadows it projects on the ground
Gravity exists because we can observe things falling to earth.```
Second state:
```Globe exists because we can observe the position of the sun in the sky and the shadows it projects on the ground
"not gravity" exists because we can observe things falling to earth.```

2019-08-03 17:08:57 UTC

Okay fine. We have an alien device that acts as artificial gravity pulling mass to it

2019-08-03 17:08:59 UTC

You guy committed so many logical fallacies and red herrings.

2019-08-03 17:09:39 UTC

did the second statement have any effects on the first?

2019-08-03 17:10:06 UTC

No youre being unreasonable and avoiding your own fallacies

2019-08-03 17:10:07 UTC

Assuming the earth is already spherical. What holds water together? GRAVITY, you need gravity in order for the whole model to work. Is that too hard to understand?

2019-08-03 17:10:27 UTC

What holds the water together? something

2019-08-03 17:10:40 UTC

Not gravity for a definite fact

2019-08-03 17:10:41 UTC

That something is gravity

2019-08-03 17:10:55 UTC

Globe earthers refer to gravity to why water sticks to a globe.

2019-08-03 17:10:55 UTC

No its a force

2019-08-03 17:10:56 UTC

there are no assumptions. read it again:
Initial state:
```Globe exists because we can observe the position of the sun in the sky and the shadows it projects on the ground
Gravity exists because we can observe things falling to earth.```
Second state:
```Globe exists because we can observe the position of the sun in the sky and the shadows it projects on the ground
"not gravity" exists because we can observe things falling to earth.```

The first statement has nothing to do with water

2019-08-03 17:11:20 UTC

here, i'll change it so that it's easier for you to understand.

2019-08-03 17:11:30 UTC

Sure because thats the best accepted theory. But that theory could be thrown out any day

2019-08-03 17:11:54 UTC

You're saying spherical earth already exists therefore gravity exists. It is a logical fallacy. You jumped to the wrong conclusion

2019-08-03 17:12:22 UTC

Therefor something holding it to the sphere exists

2019-08-03 17:12:44 UTC

Initial state:
```1st statement (has nothing to do with water): Globe exists because we can observe the position of the sun in the sky and the shadows it projects on the ground
2nd statement (this one is about water): Gravity exists because we can observe water falling to earth.```
Second state:
```1st statement (has nothing to do with water): Globe exists because we can observe the position of the sun in the sky and the shadows it projects on the ground
2nd statement (this one is about water): "not gravity" exists because we can observe water falling to earth.```

2019-08-03 17:12:58 UTC

Then you're assuming gravity or some other force already exists.

2019-08-03 17:13:12 UTC

where's the assumption?????

2019-08-03 17:13:30 UTC

That gravity exists because a spherical earth exists.

2019-08-03 17:13:40 UTC

did you even read what I just posted 3 times?

2019-08-03 17:13:56 UTC

rivenator12113#1610 LANGUAGE!!!

2019-08-03 17:14:03 UTC

You're repeating the same phrases I already debunked

2019-08-03 17:14:13 UTC

Yes we are because thats how physics works

2019-08-03 17:14:17 UTC

Find the word water or gravity in this sentence:
Globe exists because we can observe the position of the sun in the sky and the shadows it projects on the ground

2019-08-03 17:15:10 UTC

The whole argument was about that you said gravity is not needed for a globe earth to exists. Stop doing so many red herring and think your gonna get away with your logical fallacies

2019-08-03 17:15:14 UTC

Find the words sky, sun or shadow in this sentence:
"not gravity" exists because we can observe water falling to earth.

2019-08-03 17:15:20 UTC

I gtg @Akhanyatin can cover for me in this debate pls

2019-08-03 17:15:34 UTC

cya @the21cat !

2019-08-03 17:15:56 UTC

You said we didn't need gravity for a globe earth to exist. Stop straw manning so muhc lol

2019-08-03 17:16:58 UTC

Stop strawmanning yourself.
I said, we don't need JUST gravity to prove the earth is a globe. And any theory that replaces gravity will take into consideration that the earth is a globe, since the earth being a globe can be proven through other means

2019-08-03 17:17:41 UTC

Thank you, you need gravity or some other force that can make water stick to a sphere so a globe earth can work. I rest my case

2019-08-03 17:18:05 UTC

wtf lol this was never in question....

2019-08-03 17:18:32 UTC

disproving gravity doesn't make water magically fly into space

2019-08-03 17:19:01 UTC

Akhanyatin is sharp, damn
