because sending cameras far enough to take a picture of the earth is way more costly than just taking a bunch of pictures and compositing them together

but there are real picture of globe earth

yet 0 pictures of flat earth

and there are 0 flat maps of the entire earth that can be anywhere near the accuracy presented by globe maps

because a globe can't be flattened without distortions

and the sun/moon/physics will never work on a FE
