My digestion is insanely poor, so that explains the hunger at night. As I can't eat much on my OMAD cuz my appetite bombs cuz the gallstones cause bile reflux and weak stomach pH.
No, I have like NO cravings on Ketosis. But June is an incredibly busy month for us with family bday parties and I indulged in some sweets and it snowballed. Then it was just easier to eat what the fam was eating.
Oh man.... are you on medication or...? Like, how do you treat your gallstones?
Aaah. Yeah. Good on no cravings, though! Get back on keto, stat.
Nah, home remedy.
I haven't had tablets in two years.
Oh, I got ya, natural remedies. Is it working?
And never took digestion ones, anyways. Always was very wise and hardly-ever took any tablets for anything. Only had paracetamol on bad colds.
Yeah! One sec, my friend.
K
Zero animal fat, very low meat, deficient diet, heavy carb, heavy condiments, chlorine.
Are the cause of my gallstones.
I'm only twenty, hah. They became symptomatic a decade ago.
Was scapegoated for loads of mental things for 7 years.
Then was scapegoated on reflux.
I was so fed up of the neglect, that I self-diagnosed.
Home remedy is: bile supplement,
lemon juice, grapefruit juice, malic acid.
And raw dairy.
And carnivore, of course.
Oh, increase stomach ph naturally
I was being sick every morning, heaving at mealtimes, had a RHR of 140 BPM.
Yeah.
It's mostly to dissolve, though.
The pH lowering (acid) to strengthen doesn't help much as stones in a stagnant river splash :D
My mom is putting up with a bad doctor right now. That sucks, man. It's super frustrating
Yeah-huh. It's terrible.
Be your own best doctor, seriously.
Oh, right *lowering* pH
Yes!
I knew that lol
You need acid :D
It's okay!
pH is trippy cuz of the numbers.
Tricks the brain.
For some reason I always think higher means more acidic and have to remind myself
Did you know the reason why the valves stay open is cuz they are meant to?
Yeah, me too :D
Are they?
Yes!
What happens is this:
I thought that would worsen reflux
