How far are the stars?
What assumptions are being made? What can we actually observe?
You'll find out quickly that there actually is no celestial parallax and all distances are assumed
It's more likely the objects in the sky are just really small specks not far away

it gradually decreases in pressure with altitude
which proves that it is possible to go into space
