ngl, if i ever get cancer, i'd rather rely on that system than on barter lol
@Akhanyatin you appear to be afraid of death
and you still rely on the system indirectly because the people you rely on for barter also rely on the system
i'm not afraid of death, but if i can avoid it, i don't see why not
Why do you want to avoid it?
also, i'm kinda glad that i didn't lose my mother at 10 yrs old
it'd not have been a cool experience
I consider death to be a reward, not a punishment
i consider losing a parent at a very young age not a reward
@Akhanyatin they would be in a better place than we are...
Wow
I find taxation a necessary evil. Obviously, tax funds are often abused, which of course I don't agree with, but I enjoy my roads being maintained, my garbage being hauled away, emergency services available, etc.
So you hope the people you care about suffer from mental/ physical/ spiritual slavery?
1) do you have proof of this?
2) losing a parent is a traumatic experience, even more for a kid
now both my parents are retired, they are slave to no one and have a decent amount of money, they own their house, paid their mortgage
@Drewski4343
(1) roads? Is government the only people that know how to fix a road?
(2) garbage? Do you get billed for your garbage? Or is it in with the taxes they take out on check?
(3) emergency services? such as?
@Akhanyatin do you know what "backs up" The currency that people use?
1) i'd rather not directly pay or work at fixing roads
2) same applies to garbage
3) i got held at gun point and called 911, police were there pretty fast and helped me out, that kind of emergency service
Most countries have what's known as "fiat currency" Which is backed by "faith of the consumer"
1) Who *pays* for the road to be maintained? This costs a lot of money.
2) I live in a Canadian city and garbage services are part of our taxes.
3) Firefighters
I don'tš
Yet, I still use those roads
š
that sounds unfair.
@Drewski4343 loopholes
let's all start using these loopholes and see what happens
One of the best perks of critical thinking skills is finding good loopholes šÆ
@Anette please do! That system would fall šš
Crash
Why do you think I'm telling you how I fk the system? š
I don't want the system to fall. I'd like it to get better, but I don't want anarchy.
@Drewski4343 anarchy doesn't mean chaos and disorder... It means no rulers, no leaders
@Drewski4343 then keep living in the system, paying taxes (paying someone else's debt for them) š
ššš
Have fun with that
By all means, keep voting for oppression
Yes, of course it's Google will tell you anarchy is bad, cause "they" Don't want anarchy
