And in my opinion, the Hubble law is founded purely on assumptions

2019-10-15 02:25:38 UTC

I don’t even know the Hubble law I’m glad u said the assumption part before I went and looked it up lol

2019-10-15 02:26:15 UTC

the hubble law assumes that the distance of stars is directly proportional to the redshift of their light

2019-10-15 02:27:32 UTC

Yeah

2019-10-15 02:27:43 UTC

Lights in the sky

2019-10-15 02:27:53 UTC

there are two known sources of redshift: doppler and gravitational. The hubble law ignores the gravitational, yet the same cosmologists who worship the hubble law (thus ignoring gravity) also want to fill in unknowns with more imaginary unknowns such as dark energy? it makes no sense to me

2019-10-15 02:28:19 UTC

Cosmology isn’t a real science

2019-10-15 02:29:06 UTC

The math for gravity didn’t work so they invented dark energy or dark matter cause they invented one and the math was still off so they had to make up more imaginary stuff

2019-10-15 02:30:07 UTC

You know what gets me about dark energy and dark matter, is they went from gravity and skipped over all the other available known forces and went directly to an unknown force.

2019-10-15 02:30:31 UTC

what about the electromagnetic force, which is 10^40 ish times stronger than gravity?

2019-10-15 02:30:37 UTC

they totally skipped it

2019-10-15 02:30:42 UTC

They are making up a story as they go

2019-10-15 02:30:54 UTC

That’s what happens when ur just telling a story

2019-10-15 02:31:28 UTC

somehow, the complicated math is authoritatively correct because it's more complicated

2019-10-15 02:31:32 UTC

that's how I feel about it

2019-10-15 02:31:56 UTC

if it's not a "stress tensor" it's wrong

2019-10-15 02:32:07 UTC

So they got good math ?

2019-10-15 02:32:12 UTC

I don't know

2019-10-15 02:33:03 UTC

I just tend to think there are a lot of 'known' things they totally skipped over and failed to consider before jumping to "dark" forces

2019-10-15 02:33:57 UTC

Last week I loaned u a million dollars and the week before that I loaned u 2 million dollars so now u owe me 3 million dollars. Do u like my story ? The math is perfect when can I expect my 3 mil

2019-10-15 02:34:54 UTC

Why is it u sound like a flat earther sometimes and a glober other times lol

2019-10-15 02:35:07 UTC

Last night I had u pegged for a glober

2019-10-15 02:35:18 UTC

Now idk

2019-10-15 02:36:00 UTC

when pop "scientists" like Neil degras or Bill Nye speak, they speak as if saying "We don't have all the answers, but we are *the* authority that will have the answers, not you."

2019-10-15 02:36:25 UTC

I do believe the Earth is a globe. I just don't agree with some of the cosmology stuff out there.

2019-10-15 02:36:41 UTC

I feel u on the cosmology part

2019-10-15 02:37:40 UTC

I've had some very good teachers in school and plenty of teachers that I think should never teacher.

2019-10-15 02:38:08 UTC

the very good teachers, to me, were very good because they were honest enough to admit and stress the fact that "we really don't know. we have theories, but we really don't know"

2019-10-15 02:38:25 UTC

I really liked those teachers

2019-10-15 02:39:29 UTC

Theory comes after experiment though doesn’t it

2019-10-15 02:39:33 UTC

yea

2019-10-15 02:39:42 UTC

So not scientific theories

2019-10-15 02:40:05 UTC

Palm reader theories ?

2019-10-15 02:40:08 UTC

Lol

2019-10-15 02:40:31 UTC

from my understanding a theory is a model or a set of equations that we create to explain, or interpret, the data we have

2019-10-15 02:40:39 UTC

hypothesis comes before the experiment/data

2019-10-15 02:40:39 UTC

They say theory it sounds scientific

2019-10-15 02:41:15 UTC

hypothesis -> experiment/observation -> data -> interpretation/theory/law

2019-10-15 02:41:24 UTC

that's my basic understanding of it

2019-10-15 02:41:28 UTC

Yes

2019-10-15 02:41:44 UTC

No
