You realize that NASA would have to pay out money to all of the engineers, and all of those people would have to never ever say the truth. Not to mention you can see manmade satellites from earth. Also why on earth would the united states government, (Which uses the rocket tech for it's nukes btw), not expose the Russian space program as blatantly false.

What motives do the governments and now private industries have to keep this huge secret.

And don't just deflect. I want valid reasons to keep this a secret.

i have been reading stuff online which shows proof that the earth id flat and also that the NASA moon landing was fake and was maybe set in a studio but IDK

The moon landing is most likely fake but I'm not convinced about the flat earth stuff myself.
