First of all, the article explains why you think that your videos show that the earth is flat. Because the horizont is always curving around you.
Second of all, you camera experiment proves exactly the point of things disappointing bottom first in the distance,because, no matter how flat do you think that the surface is, it is still on earth, which, is round.

This chap walked away from a camera along a flat floor and saw the same phenomona you ballers call " going over the curve " hmmmmmmmmmm.......
