The thing is, a penalty that has less than 100% accuracy in guilty sentencing cannot be enforced by a democratic nation. The fact stands that in the US there have been multiple death sentences carried out that have later been proven to be wrong after the executed were proven innocent. It is intolerable to have the death sentence if you cant guarantee that none of the sentenced are innocent. @Citizen Z @!GPT @Brown_Wreckluse
