Considering that smartphones have openly built cameras and microphones and are becoming more commonplace than televisions there's really no logical need for any cameras to be hidden inside televisions, also I'm not sure how the hell thats gonna help the government effectively, considering Im pretty sure people don't talk about considering a terrorist attack while watching David Attenboroughs blue planet
