When you harness scalar waves and you force it against the Earth's rotation you will get electromagnetic levitation because scalar waves flow in One Direction so when you force it against the Earth's rotation everything will float where as if it flows with the Earth rotation it will pull everything down because the energy is being pulled down from the earth rotation
