I think science is a process by which you increase your confidence in some theory or hypothesis

But your confidence in a theory can only approach 100% or 0%, never reaching it

its perfectly fine to deny current models of science. thats how science evolves. but you need to have a better model that has been backed up over and over and over again

When you stop altering your confidences when presented with evidence which would cause a reasonable person to alter their confidence in a theory I would call you a practitioner of pseudoscience
