BBQ Beef Sandwiches. Fired up the 4-qt. crockpot with a 3-lb chuck roast (cut in half), a half bottle of KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce, some red wine vinegar, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. In 10 hours all should be good. Will shred beef at the 9-hour point and return it to the crockpot.
