I do know that most of the copyright laws for intellectual property or photographs are based on "commercial use" of those images. You may want to check into that.
just as an aside, not sure how exactly she's registered her personal image, because thats a complicated long process
so, she could have extra protection in there

Well, that kind of changes things, my understanding is that public figures cede a certain amount of privacy because of the nature of their work. If its a copywritten photo from a photographer, that's a different story though. IP has so many loopholes. So her fiance and the judge should definately read her fineprint from her copyright docs
