@Dina Right now I am waiting to divide the dough into loaves and allow to rest while the oven preheats to 500 degrees. In 45 minutes from now the loaves go into the oven to bake for 30 minutes. Then place on a cooling rack for a little while before enjoying. Ciabatta again it is my currect favorite recipe
