I had a spiritual breakthrough today. Instead of "yeah, yeah, I know how I'm supposed to be", I was like "BOOM, I am BACK, I am WHO I really am again!"
The things I've been going through, some of which are residual from stressful things a couple years ago, have been lifted and all that thankfulness above is the result. I did post that on my "family facebook" and got lots of them responding (yes I diversify social media :) )
With the separation, I've been literally not acting like myself because I was like a hurt animal trying to lash out in fear and pain.
What was the catalyst today? A few weeks of intentionally deciding to get in a worshipful mood, to listen to praise music, to have several times of knock-down dragout outloud, by myself conversations with God, and I think, coupling that with fasting, and I got my reigns back.

Intentional Living
I think this all goes back to "attitude is everything" and "intentional living". Like, we must decide to change our perspective on our own, instead of react to the fear, doubt, and worry, we have. I had an old mantra I used to say that came back to me:
"Love, Faith, and Hope, not Fear, Doubt, and Worry"
It is like the old idea of "one day at a time", but it's more. It's keeping hope alive.
Realize that right now there are people not far from you wanting love, faith, and hope. This all brings peace, and it brings "whatsoever things that are good" as in:
"Philippians 4:8
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things."
It takes INTENDING to think on what's true, honest, just, pure, lovely, good, virtuous, and praiseworthy. The result is....
you will BUILD things in this life, right now, in THIS moment that are all those things.
I know this, I've seen this, I've lived this.
It's time to get back to it.
