This is true, went up there yesterday to take supplies to rescuers/Cajun Navy-NC...tho we did find one road to get into Wilmington, you have to go way around to north side of it to get there & pretty sure it's a river now...water from Wilmington to New Bern to Lumberton to Fayetteville & all towns in-between won't see the max flood levels until WEDNESDAY. Multiple small dams/levees are expected to fail.
