They are both integral in understanding statistics

2020-09-30 04:01:07 UTC

i actually intend to get into electrical engineering through the military

2020-09-30 04:01:32 UTC

A statician needs to go further into stats classes, but the basic stats course you take is pretty good

2020-09-30 04:01:35 UTC

do we have a highlight reel of the debates yet?

2020-09-30 04:01:54 UTC

statistical analysis is separate from set theory is his only point

2020-09-30 04:02:05 UTC

yeah, but you can learn them in tandem

2020-09-30 04:02:10 UTC

The only takeaway from the debate is that hunter makes biden tear up

2020-09-30 04:02:17 UTC

agree, but it's hard to argue the two aren't separate

2020-09-30 04:02:21 UTC

And that biden tried to hide him

2020-09-30 04:02:25 UTC

@Barbaricus really good option but make sure you get into a sector of that. That is transitional to civilian work because sometimes the certificates don't cross over

2020-09-30 04:02:27 UTC

And, of course, in Statistics class, you only learn basic set theory

2020-09-30 04:02:30 UTC

Really make sure of that

2020-09-30 04:02:35 UTC

If you want to learn more set theory, you take Discrete Math

2020-09-30 04:02:36 UTC

Or your gonna fuck yourself over

2020-09-30 04:02:39 UTC

>electrical engineering

2020-09-30 04:02:45 UTC

That's my most popular class.

2020-09-30 04:02:51 UTC

But I dunno what colleges are doing

2020-09-30 04:02:57 UTC

Because all my students decide to go into mech

2020-09-30 04:03:02 UTC

hugely jealous of you - and on that note, going to bed

2020-09-30 04:03:28 UTC

Underwater feminist basket making @platonic chain

2020-09-30 04:03:36 UTC

Become a plumber. Be your own boss. Get paid out your ass. Never be outsourced.

2020-09-30 04:03:39 UTC

That's what there doing

2020-09-30 04:04:11 UTC

@DataVoid i've got experience working with aircraft and intend to make a career out of the air force while getting an associates at least in electrical engineering

2020-09-30 04:04:16 UTC

HVAC is where it's at locally

2020-09-30 04:04:29 UTC

HVAC and Welding are primo

2020-09-30 04:04:31 UTC

Welding

2020-09-30 04:04:32 UTC

Nice

2020-09-30 04:04:33 UTC

Yeah

2020-09-30 04:05:36 UTC

Lmao

2020-09-30 04:06:58 UTC

> If you want to learn more set theory, you take Discrete Math
@Sevonas did you take discrete math?

2020-09-30 04:07:07 UTC

I am currently taking discrete math

2020-09-30 04:07:33 UTC

Actually i'm doing my discrete math homework right now lol

2020-09-30 04:07:56 UTC

Did everyone miss trump sending tens of tweets in the middle of the dabate? Wasnt it live?

2020-09-30 04:08:03 UTC

Would you say it’s worth it? (I never took anything being stat 1 and 2)

2020-09-30 04:08:16 UTC

trump debates with his mouth and tweets with his toes

2020-09-30 04:08:42 UTC

Or is @therealdonaldtrump a fucking bot or a campaign worker?

2020-09-30 04:08:49 UTC

I'd say it's good information to know, but you wouldn't really need it or use it for anything outside of a computer science (and some other engineering) aspect

2020-09-30 04:09:16 UTC

If you're a psychology major, or in biology, etc, you don't need set theory

2020-09-30 04:10:08 UTC

There goes 4 years of people bitching about trump tweeting thinking it was always him

2020-09-30 04:10:26 UTC

Makes sense. I sometimes wish I had taken more math oriented classes rather than programming focused ones. All the .net (3.5) classes I took are so outdated now they’re useless knowledge.
