I think here the 9 is a common theme, like the 9th Q drop, the placement of the 9th letter in the 9th spot... this is Q drop stuff and you are so right it is confusing

So basically there is a theory that anytime Trump makes say error in his tweets he's actually speaking in code or trying to tell us something. People always make a huge deal about it too which only draws more attention to it. But he won't take down the posts.
