@American Lion Exactly. I had an uncomforatable situation with a exective in my business. He was an executive my husband hired to work under him. I had been going through the social media sources one time like Instagram, Twitter and Facebook and I found out that that executive we hired had been posting on facebook with someof our other employees. He didnt have his FB secure so I could see it all! LOL but one day when I was snooping I saw him making comments to some of our employees that after the 1st of the year things were going to change, he was going to start his own company just like ours and that any one that wanted to come work for him he would welcome it. BOOM I told my husband then I started keeping all the information and taking photos of it all. The guy had signed a non-competes with us , so you'd think he would remember??? LOL Any way my husband contacted our lawyers. My husband wanted to act like we knew nothing and just keep our eyes on him and see who else of our employees were snakes! I had to sit in that office everyday with that snake and face him like I liked him for 4 months before we called him in and fired him! Of course 2-3 others were fired with him. It takes a lot to sit there in front a person you know that's trying to take you down. LOL But I did it. My husbands personal secretary had no idea what was going on and when we fired him, he just stormed out the door and she asked what just happened???? I told her he was fired. After it was all said and done she commended me on my acting skills. LOL

@stefanon You must have been great at acting. I don't have it in me. My husband and I had someone working for us, using a fraudulent ss#. He was trying to hide his income so he wouldn't have to pay child support (reason uncovered - I don't know if it wasn't something more serious). I called the department and they told me there was nothing they could do about it, even though I knew it didn't belong to him. We couldn't fire him for that particular thing, but we found other ways (to keep him from claiming unemployment). It took awhile AND he knew his time was limited. I can't stand liars, cheats and slacks.

@Agent 34 Wow! Its hard sometimes! I understand where you're coming from! If you hadn't done anything they probably would've tried to come after you later! I hate dealing with the beaucracy of the governments. Our company is small but we do work in 18 different states. There is so much corruption in many of these states. The worst so far I have to deal with is Illinois. They create these stupid laws & regulations.
