We can force Azerbaijan to stop hostilities and establish peace. The Azerbaijani Armed Forces continue to suffer heavy losses. The dictatorial regime in Azerbaijan must understand that it is impossible to defeat the Armenian people. We are more united than ever.
Azerbaijan can also attack the territory of Armenia. Therefore, it was decided to introduce martial law in the country and declare mobilization. I call on the international community to make it impossible for Turkey to get involved in hostilities.
