A new vaccine was just advertised that is “much stronger” for senior citizens. This is my opinion based on direct experience-— get off all meds and get out of main stream medical. Its corrupted and dangerous. I got off of cholesterol and blood pressure, and major vascular problems are gone, and blood pressure stabilized. Theres more, but you get my point, hopefully.

I am trying to get off the meds to take more natural stuff

Problem is, it's a slow process.

When I don't take heart meds, I get chest pains

and blood pressure soars

So I just cut down and take the other stuff

Got a container of Super Beets from a friend

going to give that a try

Had one dose

doesn't taste all that bad

forget the taste....people can live with that....it's the bennies you want👍

Well, I sure got exercise yesterday cleaning up in Dad's room.

Didn't need to get on that bike.

And Saturday was a lot of running around.

I told Mother, I'm done with that.

I'm not asking anymore.

I'm just moving the stuff out and packing it up for Salvation Army

no right to complain it he doesn't participate. Your mom gets to make the close calls. She probably doesn't mind what u r doing so full steam ahead.

I expect u r downsizing mom too at this point so that is obviously a much bigger task than just Dad.... so considering that too.

are u able to simultaneously visit with your mom as you are doing the culling?

I'm not doing Mom's stuff yet.

Just working on Dad's.

It's a major project.

I do a little of the clothes

But I sit with her as I go through paperwork

so yes, we do get to visit.
