Rule 9 of the RNC would have given the RINO'S Power to select Pence and ad Paul Ryan once Trump was assassinated. There is an email thread of this... That is what Pence got.

As far as I know they are fake... But I like to error on the side of facts. I can't prove they are real but it fits the puzzle.
