I basically had blank checks to appease land owners in the restoration of their properties

I've had my own issues with PG&E using private roads for there purposes cuz they don't want to maintain their fire roads etc. I thought about pushing one of there equips of a cliff they parked on my property.

Some owners went as far as digging up conduit and threatening to cut them and allowing only what you paid for access

Worked like a charm

they've cut chains , pushed roadblocks etc. very agressive.
