I take breaks abnd go do other things but then I am back in here about 2AM

Got to get my next batch of bread started for the morning

cool, i tend to be offline by 10pm lol, the best time to sleep is 3 am the witching hour when your in deep sleep and get the best healing

I hit the hay about 9 PM then up at 2 AM

Seems to work for me

if you wake up before 3 am they say it might be related to metabolism i've heard so i take melatonin and trazodone to sleep through it, otherwise i wake up at about the same time lol

oh cool, sounds interesting, i might give it a try

i only know 3 rpratriots rn but they live far away fom me lol
