Interesting read on the history of labor unions. The response to the Japanese car makers was to move production to slave wage counties like China. And Mexico. The Clintons and other politicians got lots of money in the deal, and so did investors. But the American workers and the communities they lived in suffered greatly. At the time the Clinton and the Bush administration said, American people will start their own businesses and innovate. But they and the Obama administration had made it harder and harder for new businesses to thrive in their over regulated, over taxed, crony capitalist economy that favored foreign or globalist businesses. Many businesses failed during the Great Recession during a Obama’s reign. President Trump gave people who want to provide for their family a chance. Let us hope he is given another 4 years, to turn this ship around.
