Sounds to me that your app in the work computer has become corrupted

I use the same log in for this computer. But it’s under a email I don’t use a lot anymore.

Yes it takes separate email account for sure

You may have to delete the app and reinstall a new clean version = One Copy please

Yes I had to do that to my Mac

if you have not already, then please download the discord program so you are not using it in your web browser. because the 'in browser' form of discord is known to cause issues.

if your having account duplication issues then make sure to watch closely when logging in that you are on the login page and not the account creation page. (they look alot alike)

make sure you download discord instead of using it in browser

Write down the two commands that you need to uninstall ALL of the app

ii dont think theres a need to reinstall sounds like you just need to log out, so it will let you log in to the other account

log out button is in the settings
