@V77 Tomorrow morning I will bake 5 more loaves of Stollen and get them ready to go to the Post Office Monday morning. Also bake a French Apple Cake this morning that came out fairly decent. Monday will be regular bread for the house and a few loaves for neighbors that want it. Busy time of the year for me but I like it when I am busy

@V77 So are you familiar with Stollen? Sounds to me as if you are. Grew up in Germany enjoying the bread fresh from the bakery. Since I cannot find any decent Stollen here I decided years ago to bake my own. I believe I am close to having it right
